Frequently Asked Questions About My Practice

What Does Dr. Perkins Do?

Essentially, I help people be happier and develop better relationships. My work involves uncovering deeper layers and practicing new skills. Uncovering the deeper layers of things like early messages, values, feelings, fears helps us make sense of what is happening and can untangle moments where people and relationships get stuck.
